Delete your account

You can delete your Thirdspace account at any time, inside the app. It takes a few seconds and can't be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Thirdspace and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile. If you are in hosting mode, the Profile tab there has the same option.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

What happens

  • Events you host that haven't happened yet are cancelled, and everyone going is told.
  • You leave any events you joined, so your spots go back to others.
  • Your pending and approved venue requests are cancelled, and the cafés get their seats back.
  • If you own a café, its listing, photos and open slots are removed.
  • Your photos, your WhatsApp number, your profile and your sign-in are deleted.

Database backups that may still contain your data are overwritten within 30 days. Signing in again later with the same Apple or Google account starts a new, empty account.

By email

If you can't get into the app, write to support@thirdspace.my with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you sign in with (for Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us so). We'll confirm it's you, delete the account, and email you when it's done, within 30 days.
